Less retyping.
More reviewing.

Bring in the file you already have. Akika turns its rows into a reviewable import, so you can see what’s ready and what needs a decision.

Work with your spreadsheet

Upload a CSV or Excel workbook, or paste rows. Review suggested column matches and edit the data before it reaches QuickBooks.

Check against your company

Match customers, products, accounts, and other references. Live checks look for duplicate numbers and company settings that affect the import.

Keep the result close

Save preparation as a draft. Track completed imports and their summaries in Import history, with undo available for eligible records.

How do I import Excel or CSV files into QuickBooks Online?

Open Akika Import, choose a record type, and upload a CSV or Excel file. Review column matches, edit records, resolve reference and validation findings, and approve the import after the live QuickBooks checks.

Which records can I import?

Akika supports 27 import types across sales, purchases, payments, accounting, people, products, organization, and time. See the supported record types. Each import uses one type; not every QuickBooks field is importable.

Does Import work with a live production company?

Yes. Connected import supports production and sandbox QuickBooks Online companies, using their home currency or supported foreign currencies. The connected company is shown in the importer so you can confirm the destination.

Can I update existing customers or vendors?

Supported list imports can match and update existing records. Review the proposed changes before importing. New and updated records are tracked in the saved import result.

Can I undo an import?

Imports can be undone from their saved result. Akika checks whether records changed or became linked after the import. Those changes can block an undo; it is not an unconditional rollback. See how import undo works.

What happens when I reopen a saved draft?

The draft opens with your saved preparation, then refreshes company data in the background to re-evaluate it. Review any new findings and complete the live checks before importing.

Does importing send invoices to customers?

Importing records is separate from sending customer communications. Review the supported fields and any delivery-related settings in the import plan; creating a record does not mean Akika has emailed it to your customer.
