Company Copy

Copies supported records between connected QuickBooks Online companies after compatibility checks and plan review. Source and destination must have matching country editions and home currencies. One-time pricing is quoted from the planned record count before payment.

Import

Prepares and imports CSV, Excel, or pasted rows for 35 record types, including bank and credit card statements, trial balances, general ledgers, budgets, inventory adjustments, recurring invoice templates and attachments. Before anything is written it checks dates, amounts, names, duplicate document numbers, statement lines already on the account, open balances and company settings, and re-checks each record live at the moment of writing. Includes column matching, a preview of every record, saved drafts, results, and undo. Supports the company’s home currency and QuickBooks-supported foreign currencies in production and sandbox. Foreign transactions require multicurrency enabled and an explicit exchange rate in home-currency units per foreign-currency unit. Undo deletes created records even if edited since and restores updated ones; a record another transaction now depends on is left alone and listed. Emails sent after import cannot be taken back.
